Finance, Banking and Insurance – the training of specialists in economics and finance, technologies of banking operations, technologies of analytical work in banks, bank management and marketing.
Graduates with a degree in banking can find work in a bank and apply their knowledge in various areas of its activities. They organize lending and deposit operations, provide cash and settlement services to companies, consult customers, analyze and forecast conditions on the banking market, manage financial, material resources and risks, cooperate with insurance companies, companies of the real sector of the economy, other institutions.
Talented and qualified specialists can quickly make good careers. Having obtained education in the field of banking, they can find jobs not only in banks but in financial institutions, insurance companies and credit institutions, and, after gaining some experience, hold positions in big companies responsible for interaction with banks.
The banking sector is a sphere for young people. Among the banking employees more than half (67%) are in the age 22-35 years, one in five is in the age group from 36 to 45, and 9% are older than 45. It should be noted that the Institute’s students in their fifth and sixth year of studying already work in banks receiving salary and gaining valuable experience.
